Grenfell Athletic, 2021

The tragedy at Grenfell Tower, had a devastating effect on the local community. Grenfell Athletic FC (GAFC), is a football team launched in the aftermath of the tragedy, and has been a huge symbol of the community and its battle to support mental health ever since.

I worked with the team on the launch of its debut kit, designing the gifting mail out package and social assets; such as the kit launch post, Instagram filters, and Giphy stickers.

The first 48 hours saw some of the biggest names from the music and sport world taking to social media, showing support for the club. Pulling on the shirt for the very first time were the likes of Noel Gallagher, Harry Kane, Reece James, Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham. The launch campaign also grew the new GAFC Instagram profile by 4.5k new followers in less than four days.  

I continue to support Grenfell Athletic FC on their journey, providing weekly graphics including upcoming announcements, games, and results.
