The Makers
The Balvenie, 2021

Exploring modern creativity and the craftsmanship of ‘making’, The Balvenie launched The Makers Project. The campaign saw the brand collaborate with musician Michael Kiwanuka and artist Tishk Barzanji to host the Makers Live, a consumer event at the Barbican in partnership with the Craft Council. A series of films were also created, exploring the talents’ relationship with their craft and their journey as a maker. Shooting across the UK in the Isle of Wight, Scotland and London, the films were used across the brands’ social channels and hosted on the Makers page on the website. 

I worked closely with Tishk to develop an OOH campaign promoting the campaign. We created a mural specific artwork which was displayed over the iconic Camden Lock. Further designs were also transformed into 48 and 6 sheets, posted city wide.
